Luxury vinyl planks (lvp) formally lvt

A recent property situated in a flat by reigate train station.

The bedroom carpets were removed and new sp101 flooring grade ply was fitted over the exsiting floorboards. This was then feather finished with ardex to smooth out any imperfections.

Karndean knight tile planks  were then fitted on the ply boarding with the manufactures adhesive.
